Your driveway could pay the power bill.

Neighbors with EVs and no charger at home book your charger or 240V outlet overnight. You set the price, they pay before they arrive, and your address stays hidden until they book.

How it works

1

List what you have

A Level 2 charger, a Tesla Wall Connector, or just a 240V dryer-style outlet. Pick your hours (most hosts do 9pm to 7am) and we suggest a price that covers your electricity plus a margin.

2

Guests book and pay first

You see their name, plate, and rating. They get your address and a check-in code only after paying. Cancel anytime, free for them until 12 hours before.

3

Get paid after each session

Payouts go straight to your bank through Stripe. You keep 90% of what you charge. Guests who no-show still pay.

Built so you can sleep

Verified guests

ID verification, license plate on file, and a rating from other hosts. You always know who is pulling in.

Location-checked arrival

Guests check in from their phone at your address, so "I've arrived" means they're actually there. You get a notification either way.

Questions hosts ask

How much does the electricity cost me?

A 9.6 kW outlet running 5 hours uses about 48 kWh. At a typical $0.16 per kWh that's about $7.70, and the suggested price for that session is around $13 after fees. The estimate above already subtracts your power cost.

Do I need a smart charger?

No. Bookings are by time window, so any charger or outlet works. Outlet-only hosts just note that guests bring their own mobile connector.

What if something gets damaged?

Every guest is identified and rated, sessions are pre-paid, and you can report an incident from the booking. We review every report within 24 hours. We're honest that we are not an insurer today; most hosts list an outlet in a spot they'd be comfortable having a neighbor park anyway.

Taxes?

Payouts go through Stripe, which issues the tax form at the end of the year if you cross the threshold. Electricity you sell is generally deductible against it.

Can I pause?

Anytime. Pause the listing, change hours, or open it "for the next 6 hours" from the Host tab.
